MSA 20 attemps to shut down power to the storage device

From Event Viewer:

Sensor 0 of external storage device on E001MLJ1B7 port UNKNOWN of Array Controller in slot2 is reporting the tempeture has exceeded the preset limit.

The controller may attmpt to shut down power to the storage device and /or spin down the installed disk drives.

The tepreture in the room is 21c

What do you believe is causing the problem.

What about the temperature and airflow around and inside the enclosure? Does it get good air circulation? Check if there is dust/lint in the air passages. If that's OK it could be a faulty sensor.
