Is this about connecting to the web interface of the MSA or how to get the disks on your server?
In either case pPlease check out the user guide: http://bizsupport2.austin.hp.com/bc/docs/support/SupportManual/c01394285/c01394285.pdf
From the top of my head you will need to create a volume, add hosts, set up mapping etc and present the disk.
Then on the host you need to setup the iscsi initiator and have it log on to the MSA for it to get the disks.

i know ho to how to get the disks on your server?
and how work setup the iscsi initiator and have it log on to the MSA for it to get the disks.?
please say my how to work?
if any setup need on the server?
if any software must download?

Which are you running?
If you google for your OS and then iSCSI you should be able to find a guide for how to configure the initiator.
