MSA 2012

I am getting critical controller errors

SuperCap Failure. Status(28): Cell 2 Voltage Too High [2475;0] State(12): Failure


Does anyone know what this means and more importantly how to fix it?

You need to call HP support right away. It looks like a battery problem.
