MSA 2040 High Availability

I was wondering if I could use the MSA 2040 as a high availability SAN for vmware?

 

This would be the layout:

 

2x DL 360 G8 Hypervisors

2x MSA 2040 with dual SAN contorllers

2x HP 1910-24G

vSphere Standard for High Availability

 

So when SAN 1 would fail, would it be possible to start the server on SAN 2 withoud data loss?
