MSA 50 Drive, red light on drive 2

MSA 50 Drive, red light on drive 2

I have an MSA 50 array attached to a Dell 6850 and on the number 2 drive the status light is red. The drive has been replaced, the light is still red. Is there a utilty I can use to troublshoot the problem.
