MSA1000 firmware

Hello,

I have an MSA1000 system with 2 2/8 embedded switches. I want to upgrade the firmware of this MSA. I tried to use the firmware CD with no success. I have the MSAflash utility and the MSA Support CD 7.67. how can I proceed? From where can I have the firmware file?

steps are appreciated.

Hi, the MSA1000 firmware has been unified with the MSA1500 firmware, and it's available from the MSA1500 downloads page:

this is the flash utility I guess. what are the steps to upgrade the firmware?
how to use the CD 7.67 ?
how to do it ?

The utility above is for doing it from a Windows host. There's also a cd to boot and perform the update offline. I tried the mentioned with the firmware CD many times with no success. why can't we locate the firmware file to be able to use with the flash utility?
If I want to use the flash utility from a windows OS, where can I locate download the single firmware file?
