MSA1500cs A/A and Storage-Agents: Controller is offline

Hello everybody,

I found an issue with a new installed MSA1500cs A/A. The attached servers are running Windows Server 2003 Stadnard R2 SP2, MPIO 1.00.01 and Manager are installed. The MPIO Manager said that everything is fine, redundant paths are also okay. But the Systems Management Homepage shows the first controller with an error, in the eventlog is an event that said that the first controller is offline.

Is this a "know error" or is it really a problem?

Hello,

very nice issue: The failure gone away, after I connected the first powersupply to the usv. Only one powersupply was connected, cause the system is still in the installation phase and is not racked.
