MSA20 move from MSA1500 to 6i

Hallo,

i want to move a MSA20 attached on a MSA1500 to a 6i Controller (DL380G4).

Is this posible without losing the konfiguration / Data ??

It is not possible, because the MSA20 behaves differently if it is connected to an MSA1500 or a SmartArray PCI/motherboard controller.

Hy Uwe,

thanks for this Info.

So we must do a backup, move the MSA20, check the Konfiguration and make a restore of the Data.

Not nice, but ......
