MSA2012 - SMTP Alerts

We have 3xMSA2012 - When configuring the SMTP alerts we do not recieve mail from 2 of them. They have worked previosly and on occasions we do recieve mail but with no information. I have even tried using Hotmail address to eliminate Mail routing errors,service etc but still no luck.

We however have many storage devices which do not have any problems

Please advice -
