MSA30 serial number and product number

Have several MSA30 enclosures connected to Proliant servers that are not reporting their serial number or product number back through the controller and SMH. Is this updateable via an SNMP Put request or repairable in some other way?

Have other enclosures MSA50,60,70 that are reporting correctly. Seems to be related to just the MSA30.

It's only printed on the chassis, the enclosure itself doesn't store this.
