HDD install in slot 8-14 cannot detect in ACU. Unplug both SCSI connector from MSA 30, all HDD blinking (1-14).
Any configuration needed before install new HDD in slot 8-14?

Re: MSA30
I assume you have a dual bus configuration and a problem with the second bus. Try the good known HBA with the other channel to ensure the enclosure is good.
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.

Re: MSA30
Thanks Torsten.
But the MSA is connected direct attach to server using SCSI. Enclosure have 2 SCSI port A and B. Both SCSI connected to server SCSI card A1 and B1.
Is that any configuration need to be done in SCSI card level (from server) or the enclosure itself having problem?
FYI, I've done troubleshooting; change the SCSI cable, reboot the MSA, change the HDD slot but same issue.
