MSA500 on DELL 2600

Is the MSA500 G2 an industry standard storage?

Meaning can I install it along with the HBAs,
drivers and ACU software on a non-HP platform (DELL powerEdge 2600 for example), with no problems in performance or soft-errors ?

PS: the OS is Windows server 2003

Hi,

I think it will work. Just use certified HBA from HP.
