MSA70 - 2324i Array Failure
GUI "Server Management is not currently available"
We have had a failure of our MSA array and are not able to manage the device with either the GUI or the CLI . GUI is not allowing logins as the serve is not available although the home page displays and the cli only accepts a few commands and is not showing the Vdisks/volumes.
We have a fault lled on the top controller and one of the disk bays is showing as failed even though we have replaced already replaced the drive!
We have a new controller but would like advice on how best to replace this to avoid complete loss of the disk groups/configuration.
Can anyone assist with a step by step guide on how best to proceed...
Thanks
