Looks like both disk died. However, I would try to reseat both and see if at least one member comes back that way.

I wrote "RESEAT", not "RESET".

- pull a disk drive by few centimeters until it loses power, but do not remove it from the bay
- wait a minute
- fully push it back into the bay
