Memory Upgrade

Just wanted to know if there any needed configuration to be done after the memory upgrade from 64 to 128 on the 5304.
what is the small chip and do you think that I should install it or compaq technician?

It should be a simple procedure of removing the old and adding the new, your user manual should have instuctions on that, also you should not have to configure the array controller seeing it should start using the new memory on boot. to verify go into the acu (array config utility
