Migrating Boot disk

Hey

I have a server with the following raid configuration.

Smart Array 6400.

Array A RAiD1
Logical Drive 1 c:
Logical drive 2 d:
Array B RAID1
Logical Drive 3 e:

I allso have 2 unassigned drives.

I want to use the 2 unassigend drives to make a new array and clone Logical drive 1 to the new drive. How can I after cloning logical drive 1 (c:) make the system boot on the new drive?
