Migrating to larger disks 1U DL360

I have a 1U DL360 with 2x18Gb in mirror. I need more space on that server and have 2x72Gb disks. Can I replace 1 18Gb disk by a 72Gb disk and let it mirror the data and when it's done replace the other 18Gb disk? And later create a new extra partition from the new free space?? (os: windows 2000 server SP4)

Yes, you can. After rebuilding second drive, you must create logical disk from array controller level.

Yes, and such way is prefered - you do not have to care about which disk you really mirror :)) 18GB to 72 or 72 to 18...
On the fly this mistake is impossible
