Model 20 firmware upgrade
I have a Model 20 (A3550) with the SP620 controllers and PROM 1.73 microcode 8.61. I am looking for microcode 9.55 or greater to support 18G drives. Can somebody help me out?
Thank you for your interest,

It's not going to be easy to get it without a CE sending it to you..
again I couldn't find the nike or model 20 listed.

Re: Model 20 firmware upgrade
I would recommend to involve HP in this activity. It should not cost much, but you'll be safe with HP CEs expertise and fast problem resolution if something will go wrong during upgrade
