Are the controllers in the model 20 servers hot swapable?

David,

If you are referring to the Storage Control Processors, I just went thru the Nike Config and Operations Guide.

The only components specifically noted to be hot-swappable are the Battery Back-up Units.

The disks, power supplies, and storage processors are hot-plug and replace components.
If it ain't broke, I can fix that.
