NT Partition and logical drives

On an SMART-kontroller with several logical drives:
How can i detect which NT partition running on which logical drive on the SMART 3100 ES Controller?

They tend to be sequential to start with (first partition on the first logical drive...etc...). It does depend on how it was configured though. Were all logical drives setup at the same time or were drives added later?
