Netraid software not working

Try to run netraid.exe on a Lp2000r server with a 2m raid card. When starting it never comes up. Have a disk that is red so I want to replace but am worried that I can't see what is going on. I have rebooted a few times but that does not seem to clear up the problem.

you can enter in the bios of the netraid, it will display the netraid express tool, it have similar function as netraid.exe, but you can run it at boot time (so it is an offline tool)
to enter in the tool, press CTRL- M at boot time when prompted after netraid bios bannner apppear
