No Lun's available from SAN

Hello,

I try to connect a symmetrix DMX3 to a Linux Redhat E.S. 5.1
I must do something with scli (SANsurfer FC CLI) to attached the define LUN of the SAN to Linux. But what I tried there are no New LUN's available. See last line of the cat /proc/scsi/qla2xxx/*

I have two HP STorageWorks FC1142SR HBA card in the HP DL385G2 system running

Hi,

Do you see any reference to the LUNs in the output of "dmesg" ?

If not, then either your binding isn't correct as you've guessed, or possibly your zoning isn't right.

How to bind?
The zonering is oke! I can see the WWN of the hba's and put them in a zone with the symmetrix DMX3. From the Linux system I see the symm. See output scli -t 0:

So I think it is the binding.
I did scli -p all bind all.
modprobe -v qla2xxx_conf and a mkinitrd to make a new ramdisk and reboot the system.
mkinitrd -f initrd-2.6.18-53.el5.img 2.6.18-53.el5
Have you any idea's?

I've no idea... I'll guess you'll probably have to speak to EMC to work out why things aren't being seen.
