P812 or my Raid 6 have failed.
Hi,
about 6 months ago i put a P812 smart array into a PC and connected a 16 drive Raid 6 to it.
and two days ago i got the following status alerts:
Critical
Code 720
Smart Array P812 in Slot 2 has an unsupported configuration. You may reconfigure the controller, but the existing configuration and data will be overwritten and potentially lost.
AND
Warning
Code 347
The cache for Smart Array P812 in Slot 2 is not configured.
there were 16x3tb hard drives in this Raid 6 so obviously i had a lot of data, which i would love not to lose.
is there any way of getting it back or do i just have to bite the bullet and create a new array.
Thanks in advance,
Liam.

Did you have it but lost the battery?
