Problem with MSA20

Hello!
I have two arrays MSA20 connected to DL370 Linux ReadHat:

ctrl all show

MSA20 at (sn: PXXXXXXXXS320K)
MSA20 at E0YXXXXXXX (sn: PXXXXXXXXTC20T)
Smart Array 6400 in Slot 2 (sn: PXXXXXXXXG1SA)
Smart Array 6i in Slot 0 ()

After "at" on the second array the parameter chassisname is established, but on the first array it is not set.
I tried a command hpacucli:

ctrl sn=PXXXXXXXXS320K modify chassisname="E00XXXXXXX"
Syntax Error: The maximum chassisname length is 2

Where I was mistaken. Help please!
