I Have a problem with HP MSA500 G2 array which is connected to a Intel Server with Compaq 5300 smart array controller.
All the commands I try to give to the array result with the same error:

possible hardware or configuration problems. Use the "show" command on
devices to show additional details about the configuration.
What can be wrong?
here are the infos from 'show', 'show config' and 'version' commands.
