Problem with Smart Array 642 and Battery

Hi,

i have a Compaq ML350G3 Server with Smart Array 642. Since few days the Storage Agent tells me, that the Status of the Battery failed. The Status of the Controller changes from enabled to tem. disabled every hour or something.

What do i have to do ? Can i recharge the Battery or do i have to change it ? Within Dell Server u can recharge it, but i dont know Compaq Server.

If i can recharge it, where can i do that ?

Hi Marcus,

Please update the firmware to version 2.26 and give it some time to let the battery recharge.
