Problems with adding of new drives to an array

Hi Experts,

-Linux distribution: SUSE SLES8 (newest patch).
-newest firmware (all components)
-newest psp (7.30)

as attachment the output of hpaclcli and hpaducli. Always seems to be O.K. but the command:

hpacucli ctrl slot=6 array A add drives=1:2,2:2

fails with followig error:

Error: This command did not complete properly. Please check your configuration for possible hardware or configuration problems.
Use the "show" command on devices to show additional details about the configuration.

Any ideas?

Try running offline array utility i.e. without booting the system to add the drive.
