Please let me know what is the difference between product numbers ended with "A" and "B", for example AP845A and AP845B.

Re: Product Number

Usually this is the same product but slightly modified, let's call it a new revision.

Same for spare parts, e.g.

123456-001 vs. 123456-002

Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.

Re: Product Number

Thanks for your reply.

Do these slight modifications depend on the product localization?

Re: Product Number

Yes, there is a minor difference between Version A and Version B of the Product Models. It varies Product to Product. In a gist, its just a revision of the Product or revision of a Spare Parts.

Thanks for your reply.

So you mean, it does not give any constraint for that device to be use in special localization. For example part numbers ended with 001 are localized to be used in USA and it can not be used middle east according to its power supply and electricity voltage. same thing for part numbers ended with A or B.

Re: Product Number

If the models are not available to any region it will be mentioned in the quickspecs. Part Number does vary depending on the region...mostly for Power Supplies so that could be one of the reason there are multiple variants of the same product.
