RA4100
I Compaq proliant 8500 and connected to external RAID RA4100 controller via Firbre channel (primary and secondary). For some reason, I get this error...
The compaq RA4000 controller RAID array cannot be configured by this program. possible causes
- A hardware failure occured
- This utility is being run on the backup server of a cluster server configuration
The second sound more like it, but I did do system erase and still get the message. How do I reset? I also tried the system erase with - fibrechannel option and it says, this version of erase does not support -fibrechannel option. What do I do?
Thanks in advance.
