RAID-5 using FC60 on hp-ux 11.00

Can somebody explain how to implement Raid-5 using FC60 controller?
Is it possible to setup RAID-5 on hardware level?

I will appreciate Any repsonses.

When you set up your LUNs, you specify what type of RAID level you want:

amcfg -L : -d ,,..... -r

I am very new to Unix and Disk arrays and so on. I even do not know how to setup LUNs.
Can you explain in details?
I have Disk array FC 60 with 2 controllers and 10 17 GB disks.
