Hi. I have an Ultra160 SCSI Controller on RP4440 Server and need to configure the RAID Level from this Server. The O.S. is HP-UX 11i v1 . The Server is attached to an External Storage MSA30 SB via this SCSI Controller.

Hi Emad,
You didn't say whether you plan to boot over the RAID controller. Assuming you don't need to boot over it, the simple answer is you need to run the "saconfig" command from HP-UX, after being sure to install the RAID-01 software bundle.
You can get the software from software.hp.com if you don't have it. Search for A7143A.
The complete instructions are in the A7143A Support Guide at http://docs.hp.com/hpux/pdf/J6369-90001.pdf
