RSM replication on EVA4000

hi All,
I have an installation of EVA4000 with CA on 2 sites.Client has for each application one production server and one backup server but there's no cluster involved.
Can i connect production servers on Source EVA1 and connect backup servers on Destination EVA2 and assign DR for production servers from EVA1 source and assgin DR for backup servers from EVA2 destination??
(does it work like that with the replication or i should only connect hosts to source and leave destination EVA only for replication)
