Hi I have a rack storage system/12 .
The problem , is working fine but the customer complaint that the lights are flishig red .
There is some time that I read about there is necessary apply a firmware update ,
Some idea about that

Solution
Hello, William.
Here's a link to the maintenance guide for the rs/12. If it's a disk LED that is red, you have a problem with a disk. If it's a chassis LED, you have a problem with a component (PS, SCSI card, Management card) within the chassis.
