You need to disconnect the power cable, disconnect the big fan, pull the PSU, insert the new PSU, mount the fan, connect the power cable, all within 5 minutes.

Its a very plain & simple procedure. Do the following step by step:
1. Pull of power cable,
2. Disconnect the big fan/blower,
3. Pullout the faulty PSU from the slot,
4. Insert the new PSU on the PSU slot,
5. Reseat the blower/fan
6. Connect the power cable, and wait till the blower indicator goes to green.
