SC10 monthly support cost

SC10 monthly support cost

Can someone who has an HP support contract handy and has SC10 disk arrays on it please let me know how much the monthly charge for it is please ? (and number of disks in the SC10/size)

Hello Stefan,

If I am reading this right, the SC10 with two controllers is $10 (US) per month.

The drives (18GBx10) cost $350 (US) per month, total.

So, the total support cost looks to be $360/mo.

The contract calls for 4-hours support, Monday to Friday.
