Sorry if that was confusing - what I suggested was:

move the disk drive at position Enclosure=06:Bay=13 to the currently free bay at position Enclosure=07:Bay=14.

That fixes the first problem.

Then move the disk drive at position Enclosure=07:Bay=13 to the now-free bay at position Enclosure=06:Bay=13.
