Secure Path Agent Error message

I have a customer that encounter this problem. Wonder what is the cause of it

DL380G1 Connect to RA4100.
On 1st July 05, customer applied some Microsoft patches (896422, 896358, 894320) on the server. On 5th July, customer noticed the server was slow with below error message

Secure Path Agent shows error :-
I/O CTL_DECRATE_REPORT_CONFIG issue by secure path agent to the raidisk drive fail. Status - Pending.

But on 6th July onwards till today, it return to normal and without the above error message. Can someone explain the meaning of that error message and what causes it and what impact it does to server or RA4100.
