Secure Path only showing 2 paths.

Secure Path only showing 2 paths.

HBA is looking fine. Switch show online on the port connected to the storage and also host. I have checked the zoning and each everything looks normal. I even tried rebooting the server but didn't work at all. Does anyone knows what's wrong?

We need more information, e.g. what storage array is involved, how many adapter ports, topology...
