Smart Array 5i replacement controller
Our Array 5i Controller (SP#228510-001) is defective. We ordered a replacement card and received a card with the following number SP#274400-001. When we tried to fit the card on the board it would not fit snugly and the black twist locks could not be turned.
On comparing the boards the two beige connectors on the replacement board appear to be deeper on the replacement board. As a result, the replacement board sits higher then the defective board.
My question is, is the SP#274400-001 the correct replacement for the SP#228510-001
