Smart Array P400 and SATA disks
Hi there,
I've recently found a P400 in the back of a cupboard and would like to use it with a couple of SATA drives. The connectors on board are too big for standard SATA cables (I guess they're SAS connectors?).
Does anyone know if it's possible to buy a cable or adapter that will allow me to connect standard SATA drives to the P400?
I've seen a few places selling a
"SAS/SATA 4x1LN Port Cable Kit - part no 452130-B21" but none of them have a pictures of the item, so it's impossible to know if its the right thing.
Cheers,
Simon.
