Steps for upgrading the firmware on HP VA7100 Array Storage.

Hi,
I want to upgrade the firmware on HP VA7100 from HP20 to HP22.
Please let me know the steps for upgrading the firmware.
And also is there any data loss during the upgradation of firmware? And also is this activity can i do it my own or need to open a case with HP for upgradation of firmware?

Hi,

I would suggest you to involve HP because VA 7100 upgrade is considered to made by a HP engineer only, I did not find the firmware files on internet.
