Strange question

I have a smart array 3200 and a hot swap 18 Giga 10rpm drive both coming from compaq. Can i use them in a clone pc? I know that it's out of your standard, but i would like to know if i can use them buying a SCA 80 to 68 pin adapter and then connect the hard disk to the controller.

Do know if the Clone PC's BIOS will support the Smart Controller and drive .
