Sure Store E FC60 Disk Array firmware

Who updates the firmware on the FC60 controllers? Is it something I, as a sysadmin, can do? I can't find any procedure, although I found a passing reference to command 'amload'. Thanks.

I found the answer after doing a search of previous threads. It looks like an HP Field Engineer has to do the firmware upgrade.
