As long as you pay for you support, you will have support for a long time.

This is a high end system, and wow nice piece of machinary.

Your product as a 1 year duration for the HW warrenty. Although if you beat up your nice piece of machinary. You will void the warrenty.

If you take good care of it, and it breaks by workmanship, then contact the service centre, this is a system you do not want to fool around with.

Nah...don't plan to open the thing up. We have a support contract on the device, but it is 5 years old. Just wondering when HP will stop support. Usually they publish a "end of support life" matrix for devices, but I haven't found one for this yet.
