Unable to enable cache on FC30

Hello all,
I'm trying to enable cache on my FC30, but it fails with the following error:

Operational Errorin a Enable-Disable system cache command
Error code = 26 (hex)
Unable to reconfigure cache
****************************

Any thoughts on how to resolve this error?

Connect to it using w2k hyperterminal and get following output out there:
presentation utility screens from both controllers;
'i' command output (in presentation screen).
System will not turn on cache if there's any fault in any SP or cache sizes are defined improperly

And from SPA please. Decribe how do you turn on the cache. Review read/write cache allocation definition (how much read and write cache - usually system buffer=4mb and write cache size/read cache size~2). To get to cache enablement menu go to: 5. Change Parameters, 2. Change storage system parameters, 1. Change storage system cache parameters. Caches should be esnabled and mirrored. Check auto-trespass to be '2'

I tried to change the cache memory configuration, but that errored out as well. I've attached the output from SPA Presentation screen and the error message as well.

Cache settings were correct. Try shutting off the hosts and power cycling FC30 (do not forget to do backup of FC30 data). Power off FC30 from its front panel, not using breaker... When it will shut down, power it on again and try enabling cache.
It's hard to tell you what's causing this error. Maybe power cycling will solve the problem. (BTW, the same operation on the cache can be done from SAM in hpux). If not, then maybe we'll need outputs of all screens from both controllers in FE mode (control-P then capital FE letters and you'll see FE sign at the right top screen corner. To return back to normal mode press control-P then 'USER')

Power cycling was my last resort. That will have to wait until I can schedule some down-time for the system. Thanks for your feedback.
