Unable to find/create storage error

I am just firing up an AIO1200R. When trying to Host a User Defined application configured as iSCSI LUN I get the error "Unable to find/create storage that meets the given requirements". Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated. We do have a registered domain but use a workgroup environment (not sure if that makes a difference)
