Unknown Controller in FC60

Unknown Controller in FC60

Controller configured and working before reboot. No patches or other changes have been made.
Now amdsp -a shows Controller B as Unknown but Good.
xstm / support tools shows controller missing.

Also on same FC60 we are getting an EMS email warning that Lun 31 Cache mirror enable bit is disabled.
Should we enable this and if so how do we do it?
