Upgrade Commande View EVA from 6 to 9
Anybody can tell me if I could upgrade it directly to 9 to I have to go through 7, 8?

Actually, what you will need to do is...
1. Get upgrade licenses for your EVA. Right now you have CV6 licenses. You need CV7+ licenses.
2. Un-install Command View 6.
3. Reboot
4. Install Command View 9.1
There is no "upgrade". It is a rip and replace.
You can use CV9.1 for 60 days without getting licenses, but after that you will be limited as to what you can actually manage.

No, you can't go directly from CV EVA 6 to 9 version. CV EVA 8 doesn't support upgrade from previous versions and one can upgrade from CV EVA 8 to 9.
You probably need to remove CV EVA 6, reboot the management server and then fresh install the CV EVA 9.
You may want to refer the CV EVA release notes. Also with update to CV EVA requires compatible version of EVA and disk drive firmware versions installed.
