VA7100 Device is not ready

Hello,
I've a N server whit VA7100, I have configure some LUNS whitout problems.
My problem is thet when I ecxecute armsdp -a 000320039 command, I see the above error messag:

The device is not ready

Why????

Are the leds all green on the VA?

What happens when you execute armdiscover?

But

1. /opt/sanmgr/commandview/client/sbin/HA_dial_stop
2. HA_dial_start
3. armdsp -i
4. cvui

I verify and I see thet The LUN 0 is't present, to verify I use vfpdsp -L 0, because armdsp not function.
I can to creating the LUN with vfpcfg -L 0 -a 50M -g 1 but not function, I try also vfpcfg -L 0 -a 50 -g 1 but nothing.

Have you an idea to help me please.......

I see, with command vfpdsp -f, that my 4 disk to 36Gb are't included , I verify with vfpdsp -s that my parameter "AUTOINCLUDED" is TRUE.
What can I'm doing ???

please post (in attachment) outputs of vfpdsp with all possible options (-c, -d, ...)
