VA7100 HP19 firmware

Hello,
Where can I find HP19 firmware(VA7100). I've searched most of the HP site and couldnt' get it. Is it available for download? If yes, is anyone aware how to update the firmware?

The firmware is not downloadable and has to be installed by an HP CE.
